Marsha Hanson

Originally from Wisconsin, Marsha moved to Bellingham in 2005 and graduated from Western Washington University in 2010 with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in geology. In 2014 she gained a Cultural Resource Management Certificate from Simon Fraser University. She has worked across the western US as a field technician, crew leader and field manager for cultural resource management firms, and the Federal Government through the Bureau of Land Management. Marsha has experience in Great Basin, Plateau, and Northwest archaeology. Her interests include geoarchaeology, paleoethnobotany and landscape archaeology.
